Security Torx screws, the six-pointed star-shaped screw heads with the pin in the middle, are used in many digital objects to prevent tampering. Torx Security Screws can be fastened and removed with a Torx security driver.
Torx Tamper-Resistant Security Screws are recognized as one of the most efficient fastening systems available. They incorporate a solid post formed in the center of the recess during the heading process. Torx Tamper-Resistant Security Screws have the ability to transfer greater torque, reduce end load, and virtually eliminate tool slippage. These fasteners are extremely difficult to remove without a special tamper-resistant Torx Drive tool. Torx Tamper-Resistant screws have been used extensively to prevent unauthorized removal in correctional institutions, hospitals, elementary and secondary schools, colleges, universities, public places and retail stores.

The salt spray time can be 500 hours and 1000 hours.
