Product Description
As the name implies, a drywall screw is used to fasten drywall — wallboard made of a heavy paper-coated layer of gypsum — to framing. The drywall screw is constructed with either coarse or fine threads. The choice of which to use is determined by the type of framing, whether wood (coarse) or metal (fine).

These versions of the screw, are preferred for, and can be used to fasten drywall to metal studs as they will easily cut into the metal and provide better holding power in the thin metal, as opposed to the coarse thread verions.
Why Phosphate
Phosphate coatings increase an item's resistance to rust. Additionally, a phosphate coating negates the need for a more expensive paint process. In drywall applications, the screw will be covered in the finished product, where the appearance/color is not a consideration. In instances where exposed metal is part of the finished product, a phosphate coating will convey an even finish while inhibiting corrosion.

The salt spray time can be 500 hours and 1000 hours.

A: For our regular products, we offer free samples. For customized bolts, tooling and moulding charges need. All free samples not including its courier charge.

Q: How about your delivery time?
A: General speaking, if the goods is in stock, we can delivery them with 2-5days, If the quantity is 1-2container, we can give you with 18-25days,if the quantity is more than 2 container and you are very urgent, we can let factory priority produce your goods.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: We can accept T/T,L/C for general order ,Paypal and Western union for small order or samples order.
Q: What is your packing?
A: Our packing is 20-25kg for one carton,36 or 48pcs cartons for one pallet. One pallets is about 900-960kg, We also can make customer’s logo on the cartons. Or we customized cartons according to customers’ requests.
